It’s Kaname Kuran from Vampire Knight, cross-dressing in a long sleeved furisode kimono.Although I suppose you can also view it as being Yuuki. XD;
Beautiful men look good in male or female clothing… *wants to draw a Queen-of-Hearts Kaname + Alice Zero someday maybe, if there’s ever time* XD;
The pic is based on the fic “Love Game “. Hence the blue rose and the style of obi etc. he’s wearing.
His left hand is tugging at his right furisode sleeve (the really long kimono sleeves), btw.
So it’s not a suspicious bulge, in case it looks like one. XD;;

There is absolutely no way this could be Yuuki. She has straight hair while Kaname had curly hair. Of course, I almost mistook this as a picture of Juri (since Juri also has long curly hair) but looking at his chest makes me believe this is Kaname. Darn, you're good at drawing Kaname though. I almost believed he's a girl.

I just have one problem. I can't see this being Yuuki at all. No matter how I look at it or how hard I try to see Yuuki I can't. I only see Kaname :/

I speak a variety of languages, and while I was very active in the Saint Seiya fandom I kept getting people from Brazil stealing my artwork, so I ended up adding the line in Portuguese. 
Nothing against Brazil (it's an awesome place), and I'm sure you and many other Brazilian fans are not like that. But the art thieves are a plague in so many places in the world, giving a bad name to the nice fans. D: And since it kept happening so often, I put the line so that fans who might not know about art theft would know not to take pics without permission.

I especially like the obi's color and flower pattern and the way his hair falls on his arm. The hair strands looks so delicate and artsy, like the flow of a river or something x3
