The eyes look very nice, I think. It's sad that he isn't smiling in this pic, though. The shading is decent and I like that the background looks blurry. I don't think the same should be said of the design on his shirt, I think that should be sharper. All in all, It's very nice and I like it, though some improvements could be made for future works.
