The face is stunningly well done, and I like how you made the shine on her skin and still gave her some texture.

My only small critique would be that you might want to make her hair seem more thick and less floaty/thin. this way it looks worn out, I think it's because you have strands standing out on their own, if you made it more lumpy it would look more natural and youthful.
