Happens all the time...my friend's playing with a baby and the baby's giggling and then I come over and smile and be like "hi baby~" and then their smile instantly drops. :C

Kids look at me like I'm some kinda interesting (Which ain't great in my line of work, having kids stare atcha.). So, of course, silently, I go, "Watchu lookin' at?, punk?" and stare 'em down till they look away.

I was stared at my friend's baby brother (who stared back), and for reasons unknown, I stuck my finger in his crib, as soon as it came into reach, the baby grabbed my finger. We all thought this was cute, until I tried to walk away, and he wouldn't, let, go, my friend had to pry his fingers off, that baby has a death grip. O__o
