This looks like a supervillan/superhero from Worm. In any case, it's awesome. Especially the color combo, black with grayish-lightblue, LOVE IT. Unsettling to, which is a definitive plus in my book.

I like unsettling creepy things and...birds, which sometimes can be kind of unsettling if you think about it...

Have you read Worm? If not, I highly recommend it, just google "worm by wildbow" and you'll find it.
I think I thought it looked like a superhero/villain since it reminded me of the few illustrations I have
seen of of Eidolon and Legend (two big name superheroes), and specifically one from Worm due to its rather
morally grey tone and that this guy looked like some spooky antihero or something. Not anyone in specific,
he just sort of fits, I guess?
