its kind of a reddish pink, at the time I first colored him I didn't have the correct color

Clothes: i love how you made his pants but maybe you could add more colored scales on it, for the top i was thinking about a shirt with three black dots (Milotic skin) and add a long scarf (Milotic "hair")
Muscularity: Milotic is slim and graceful so maybe you can just give him a real 21 year/old man body (less thin and childish look) but no need to add muscles
Hair: keep the eyebrows pink but add two tuft of hair with the same color (Milotic "eyelashes") the rest can stay blonde
