Reaching up Maltuk took the hand extended to him. At that moment he fell in love.

I have been doing more Acts of Thievery art lately and due to the recent cheering for Maltuk I did a little tribute for him and Anaktum. This pic is actually very sad to me but for reason I cannot say yet.
Anyways I hope you like it. This is probably the best I've ever drawn Anaktum, he came out exactly how I wanted.

Oh where do I start. It all revolves around this one demon family in a kingdom far far away. Silk is an Arabian pirate that gets involved with a demon named Jek and the two fall in love. Then we bring in the rest of the family slowly. It's kinda crazy, funny, drama, romance kinda story. If you liked Another Life then it's more or less like that only all the characters are more dynamic since they're totally mine. XD

The blending in this picture was done beautifully; either you got the smudge tool drunk and took advantage of it, or you just used a large set of different-sized brushes. Either way, it looks awesome. I also like the perspective put into this, and the hand... *relishes in the oh-so-subtle highlights on said hand* Everyone's raving about the hair. I should be too, but to save you the trouble, I'll just say this: it makes me want to reach into the computer screen and pet it. <3

Yes, I always use the smudge tool on the hair. ^^ it makes pretty strands but I use like five different colors on it. XD.
