The tentacle came with the model of Nemesis from Resident Evil. I got it a long time ago. I think the nemesis addon is on the workshop now, but I'm not sure if it has the tentacles in it or not...

Not that hard...it's just best to pose the base of the tentacle first, then pose the other parts as you go along to the tip.
