Description ....Probably should've been in November's sketchdump but I haven't drawn any HP since the 7th book came out. Nostalgia!


Maybe obvious but-
Albus Severus and Scorpius arriving second term and letting their owls go do whatever owls do when they're not in a cage.

Albus S. will always been in Slytherin in my head canon. I still think they'd get along fair enough, not like Harry and Ron, but friends.

...They're both 12 here but lol Scorpius is a tall child in my mind. Albus will get taller someday. Probably.

NO GLASSES FOR ALBUS. Because.

He's Slytherin in my head canon too and I find the glasses restricting, when writing it and with the times I assume some Muggle stuff integrated into the Wizard world - like contacts.

kakskjjksj This is adorable. I love your interpretation of them, especially Albus! I enjoy the lack of glasses because otherwise he'd look too much like his dad. XD And Scorpius is just cute. I'm glad that you made both of them Slytherins, especially. I know Rowling didn't intend for them to be that way, but most of the Slytherins in the books weren't the best people around; I like seeing ones that have the ambition that their house embodies without being total jerkasses/crazies about it. It's why I always liked Slughorn a lot.

I still need to see the movie! I might be seeing it this weekend with my mom. :>

Thank you! I always thought Slytherin couldn't possibly be full of ONLY dark witches/wizards, or else about the 1/4 of the school would be evil lol I saw it more as a house for cunning, sly, and ambitious kids who really wanted to make a name for themselves.

It's a great movie! I'm seeing it for the third time tomorrow with my dad XD Hope you enjoy it!

Albus w/o glasses FTW! I ALWAYS imagine him that way. Okay, he inherited most of his fathers features; but i can't imagine him inheriting the sight problems as well : D

Yay! I think his actor doesn't wear glasses when playing him either, so that'll probably convert more artists to drawing him without them~
