Random Luffy i did on MS paint o__O For an odd reason it turns out good XD XD been quite a while since i last oekakied, i was afraid that i might lose the touch. Guess it's still here
Whoop.Colored it in photoshop tho... i wish they made MS paint with layer capability or something >__>;; Fwah.

at first I was going to be all...."omfg...you did that all in MS Paint!" until I read you colored in Photoshop..but that's still good drawing for MS Paint. I should trying but it won't be good..-____-

this kind of coloring? in MS paint? that's impossible work, really. since MS paint doesn't have any layers capability so when you color it over, the lines got colored on.

=O Wow, that is really good for something you made on MS Paint! I like that weird pixely outline, and then how you did the pretty coloring in Photoshop. And I would have to agree with you on that, MS Paint does need layers 83. But anyways, your randomness shall always be prettay!
