Sudden idea to do this pic last night, around 2 AM or so, while listening to some OP songs. Ugh the positions look retarded but i'm too darn lazy ass to edit it.'Tis Luffy and Ace, when they're back in Fusha village years ago, walking by the road next to a cow field and some windmills here and there,with Ace doing the noogie on Luffy's head. Ace is wearing the Doskoi Panda t-shirt XD (those who knows/read One Piece should know what Doskoi Panda is). Luffy's just a normal shirt with a pirate's logo on it.
Too lazy to do details in grass, so just did a bit whip here, whip there. I was experimenting with using the smudge tool, you can see the difference in the shadings. Especially on the trees and the shadows. Huzzah, i have mastered the art of doing the sky o__o So now one thing i need to master at...

Luffy and Ace are generally have one thing in common with the elric bros, they're both live in a small country/town. Not sure if the D brothers are orphans or not, but my guess is maybe they are since they haven't shown the parents at all.
Beware, those two cows there are on to you. o__O Really.
Anyways, sketched, scanned, then colored.

Separately, I heart both Luffy and Ace much, together, even more, younger: that rocks. I like the pic. And it took me a while to find actually because I saw it on the tutorial first and then searched for it in your deviation gallery (I was curious if it was Luffy and Ace).

Mm no, i didn't use the airbrush tool for it. I just put some 'noise' on it XD (those who use photoshop should know).

Hmm well... i could explain it here tho, it's rather long. You have to do a 2x2 pixel sized canvas (if memory serve me right). Magnify the canvas to the LARGEST size (the maximum) and you will see something like a square with 4 small squares in it (note that the canvas must be in .gif format for the transparency),then choose the pencil tool, set it to size 1, then color in like this. Use black color.

Empty | Black
Like a checker board. Once done, select all and then edit > define pattern.
Now just do a nice big text on your picture, saying something like ©Ryo for example, and if you want to annoy the one who actually steals the image and tried to erase the watermark, just do lots of text here and there, especially on the tough areas. When you're done with that, duplicate the original image and drag the layer to the most top layer (above all those texts). Delete the original. Do a new layer in between the text and the duplicated image (the image should still be on the top layer). Fill it with the pattern you just did. Rasterize the text, then Invert it. Go to the layers with the pattern and change the property to Exclusion. Now go to the duplicated image and tweak around the opacity level. 90- 93% should be your safe bet, the text won't show up or any unwanted pixels. Flatten the image up, save it, then open it up in your browser. If you do it right, when you select all on the image, you should be able to see the watermark.
