Amazing work, especially with the fire and the hair/shading. I do believe a few more eyelashes would do the trick, and the nose seems to be a bit further down than it would be normally. Also the nose should have more of an angle to it, since the face is angled a bit to the side. But other wise amazing work!

It's really beautiful, the colour, the eyes, the burning hair HOWEVER the nose really bugs me. I think it's too far down her face and the angle of it is slightly wrong.

Just curious, though, what are the white squares for?

I personally thought it might be her piecing herself together.
For example, pixels create everything we see digitally. After seeing fire, this girl might finally have ignited a spark in herself, revealing her true persona or what not. We see the white square {pixel} in her eye because that's the only thing she's yet to muster. That's the final piece she has to discover of herself.
