Description 'Good Morning England' is a series of photos taken in one morning in the village of Minster-On-Sea, in Kent, England. It shows the ordinary surroundings all of us pass every morning on the way to work, to shops, or school. However, it shows it in a unordinary definition. It is a series of HDR photos, culminated with the final piece - a 23 image panorama.

The lighting is very dramatic, but I wonder what the blur in the center of the shot is.

I think it's a post processing issue to be honest.

Very moody. o.O

I like how there are some brief bright areas, but overall, it feels pretty... well, it's like it's offering a premonition of bad times to come. The slanted angle hints at the fact that the world is out of balance, and... yeah, it's quite interesting.

Have you thought about cropping things into squares?

It's an interesting piece, anyway. I like how the sun seems to shine through the branches and yet... yeah.

The shadow is also pretty peculiar. O.o

Thanks, I did try and capture the quite unusual lighting I saw at this scene, and it is on a very uneven hill, and the surroundings are quite old and damaged, so although quite normal, there is an abundance of points that can be linked to many concepts, like you did.

And I did, but somehow square photos don't appeal to me as much as the traditional rectangles.. it's the sense that I am limiting the field of view I could have had... I hate cropping overall

Oh right.. that's fair enough.

I also just wanted to apologise for not commenting on more of your pieces, but.. damn, I'm so busy nowadays. You should definitely post more, though. I'll try and comment on that for sure.
