That is so sexual OwO What brush do you use to get that pretty painted look?

just a normal regular brush, (photoshop brush not real ones obviously) but i set the hardness to hardest and a little off opacity as well as fiddling with the pressure a little bit

Really diggin the fog/steam work, and the skin tone is perfect. the lazer lighting could have been a little softer in my oppinion, but you went all out on the hair, really impressed.
