I imagine them asΒ the Stage Bosses / Robot masters, just like a Megaman Game. I remember that there is a Megapony game already out, with the Mane 6 as the evil Bosses (brainwashed by Discord), but there is not a game in which you get to play a s Human Megaman vs Human Robot Masters (in this case the Equestria Girls)Β
If I had the time and knowledge, I would develop a non profit, fan Megaman game in which the Humane 7 are the Robot Masters

I haven't found a developing team who can make it happen, so don't worry.
But yeah, there has been people who told me to be cautious about it.
Probably it will remain as only a concept, but it's still fun working on it. Hopefully I can have an alpha at least someday.
