Sorry it took so long but here it is! I added the background that I found somewhere on the internet and the pose was produced by the winner. I don't have the link but I did use a referanced pose as per her request.
The rest of the ideas were mine and so is the character. I enjoyed drawing her and she was indeed the next challenge for me because I tried some new things on her. I hope you all enjoy!! ^__^

This has a feeling of mermaid Princess Hanon from Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch; like an older (she's only 14) and more-mature (she's in middle school with a crush on her teacher) version of her.

I've never really seen mermaid melody. I just drew what the person asked for because she won a contest in the mermaids club, and at the time I was a prize giver. So yeah!
