Description
Dragonite have a kindhearted disposition. They have been said to save people from drowning and lead ships that have been trapped in storms to safety. Dragonite are said to have an intelligence matching humans. The speed of their flight is so immense they are able to circle the globe in sixteen hours.I once had a light dragonite card. I wish I still had it.
This took me 3hours to draw. ItΒ΄s made in Photoshop.

Now this is a fantastic imagining of a more realistic looking Dragonite. I saw another on DA that looked like a salamander with some kind of growth on its body. I hated it so much. Dragonite to me was always meant to appear as a powerful yet gentle creature. Majestic in appearance.
You have done a remarkable job of capturing that look and making it appear close to something that could exist in the real world. Amazing work.

I once had a dragonite that I raised from a dratini. I named her Bethany. She was in my first pokΓ©mon game, and she was my first level 100. She got several other games through the elite four and beyond, and she was my favorite pokΓ©mon. Then one of my games glitched, and she was trapped in the PC forever, along with several other treasured pokΓ©mon. Rest In Peace, Beth.
