Recently, it was discovered that there is one species of tarantula that somehow is symbiotic with a species of tiny frog in the rainforest. For some reason not yet discovered, the tarantula appears to protect the frog and let it live in its home. First time they've ever discovered a spider in either a commensal or symbiotic relationship with a vertebrate. This made me think of that.
Of course...I just can't help but wonder what the fae look like in their "larval" form now...

Maybe I will have to do another image with the fae as a larva!
