Seeing as I haven't drawn Rahne for a good while, I figured that it was due. She's one of my oldest and most unique characters out of the batch that I have, seeing as out of all of my characters, she's evolved the most. For the most part, when I make a character, they generally stay the same, however, she's changed over the years so much. She was orgionally named 'half moon' when I first came up with her
Completely different.Anyway, Rahne stands about eighteen hands at the shoulder (so not the general size of a wolf unless portrayed as such) and as you can probably take in by her expression, is a rather grumpy and snarly wulf. :3 Her personality is rough, seeing as she's known to be miserable and not to much of a social creature. she'd much rather do her best to avoid others if possible, but if company must be there... she'll still ignore them.
Anything that can get Rahne riled up and into a fight makes her the happiest. She loves to brawl, and is seen more as a tomboy of sorts then that of a female, seeing as most of the time she can be mistaken as such.
:3 so yeah, just a little info on my girl.
On a side note, this is not bloodspill nor is she refed or coppied from her. She is my own design and my own wolf whom I came up with, I can provide the proof if needed. Just thought I'd toss that in there since I've gotten that a good few times with my submissions of her.

i got bashed too for my character looking like kays bloodspill...although they had the same name and were sorta similar people can have the same name and they are too different for it to be copying.

hmm If your telling the truth about the blood spill thing no worries the pelt design is not too original on bloodspills part or yours to really make the character different from any other wolf charie here on DA.
and this isnt an insult at all. Ive seen wolves all over DA with the same design different colors. but If you want to be different try adding attributes to here to make her diff from bloodspill or any other wolf on DA.
to be honest it does look like bloodspill. but seriously the pelt the design on both parts need some major help to be unique. but you'll find your way eventually. everything comes in time.

She possibly will change later on down the road, but honstly in no way was she reffed from Blood. I used to be a fan of the BBA comics, but seeing as all the drama and crazy fans it produced I lost my taste in it. I'll still read it just to see where the plot is going, but I'm not a fan.
I understand, eversince I did first come up with her though, people automatically thought she was bloodspill, before I even knew what the comic was.

who told you that? I actually was notified from *JamJams that you were doing theft but from what I see its just photo reffs from real animals:/ and the whole point of being an artist is learning from RL.
your doing fine <3 just if your reff something you don't have to ink just say you did. I personally don't mind because every single artist reffs from RL and photos so Im not taking her side on this case since I see no theft just someones enjoyment for animals

I was told lastnight that someone was accusing me of art theft, and I stumbled onto Jams this morning. I read through the comments, and she seems pretty determined to get my pictures removed. And thank you for not taking sides, like I said, I don't want to start drAma, I just wish that this whole ordeal didn't start x-x
I think that taking a break possibly might be the best thing, I dunnu... It probably won't last to terribly long seeing as I'm on dA almost every day pretty much... I just don't want to get in trouble (though I know I haven't done anything wrong) nor do I want to get her in trouble either.

dont worry shes my friend but... sometimes I notice she over accuses when it comes to theft. I just finish telling her I don't think your doing theft at all because the only proof I got from here was the fennec fox photo..... give me a break poses are generic. there is no such thing as pose theft unless its a direct trace of an image and there is proof.
the minute I said I dont agree with her she stopped replying. Not sure what to make of it.... but your fine no need for a break

I've just never really been accused of art theft before, seeing as... I don't believe I am a thief and really don't know how I can be seeing as I do draw pretty much everything myself... My friends can vouch for that seeing as when I bring my drawing stuff over to their house, I have no computer, or ref images and I can still draw something. So... I don't know... I just would rather avoid the drAma if I could, that's why I thought of vanishing for a little until it died down.
Yeah, I noticed that she didn't comment to a couple of my friends that responded to her journal, like *CunningFox , since she probably wouldn't think of it as theft, and that she knew me. x-x

xP She is a big girl. For some reason when the idea for her kinda lept into my mind, the idea of having a HUGE wolf just really appealed to me :3
But in regular Rps I tone her down to a size a liiiittle larger then the norm :3

if you read the comment it specifcally said she didn't reference off of blood spill, and just because its a popular character means it was "cloned" of that chracter?Do you know how many animals look alike in the damn creative minds of artist? there are a million black and red foxes with two tails like mine, i'm sure, but that doesn't mean any of them were copied, so take the desencey and the spare minute to actually read the comment before you go assuming things :/.

To be honest though, she wasn't. I came up with her even before I found out about BBA. Like I said in the comments, she was first named 'Half Moon' instead of Rahne. I got the idea name from XMen and progressed from there. The facial markings stayed the same on her as she changed, as did her basic color, all that really changed was the way her fur was parted.
There are actually a lot of things that REALLY sets her appart from Bloodspill. But to be honest, in no way was she reffed from her.
