The one from 2 in the AM PAM, yes. You could say his bluejay form inspired Mordecai, the character, and he continued to voice him. So he's more inspired than completely based on him, I think. But that's just my opinion. I love the 2 in the AM PM short.

Oh man, I love that one too. Pops' animation in that was really good. It's a shame Regular Show doesn't go in to a lot of detail in faces and such like in the shorts but the animation they use now is still better than typical flash.
