Here we have Walhart's arrival in Heroes and also the newest Legendary Hero added to the roster as well.
Lucina being the latest Legendary Hero is similar to Legendary Lyn, being a colored bow unit (Blue in this case) and considered hated by the fans as well...
The other two Lucinas are throwback to the three Lucinas I've made up some time ago. Which in this case the Adventurous Exalt and Housewife Princess.

I don't have any negative feelings about Legendary Lucina (I like her artwork), but there is a thing about abundance leading to taking things for granted.
And LegendaryΒ Lucina was planned ahead so, it's not like getting salty about it is going to change a thing.
