This is a great piece! I like the grayscale, there are visible and complementary contrasts. The critique I had about the line art last time I feel is not applicable to this piece, you still have the different types of brushstrokes, however, they seem to flow more naturally in this piece. Do you mind me asking which program you use and the brushes? The hair looks great! I love the attention to detail even for the baby hairs! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>What I will say, as a minor critique, is that the brushstrokes used to highlight the robe could be closer together. Again this is inconsequential. Great job overall e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/> I also think sir Ian McKellen is great e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

Thank you! I'm glad you like it and indeed you are right the clothing could have used a little bit more attention and I'm using only Photoshop and mostly with stock brushes the only brush I used extra was the smoke behind him which I edited afterward
