A picture of the Arbiter I made using photoshop.This took about a day to finish. I drew it first and colored it in with my mouse in photoshop. I hope you enjoy.

Perspective on the ship on the left is excellent - very good. But the colors are all very harsh and bright. There needs to be some sable undertones to balance out the brightly lit parts of the people and environment with the parts cast in shadow.
It's extremely good for a mouse, though. I'm weak, I use a tablet.
