This character is by Atoato www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=12… . And all of its pictures were just....amazing especially his original ones.Balancing acts like these in the Circus is serious business. I had seriously no idea how to make someone retain its balance like this. Wellespecially when working as a performer, Mitchie made this too easy. -w-;
That blur on her leg is hard to come up with. Idea is to make it a bit more dynamic, as if her feet is gonna be close to the camera. Failed somewhat though.

Interesting, and I don't think the blur effect of miss-focus is to bad, seems about right.
That and the tuft of fur on her stomach is another interesting thing.
Also the end of the pixiv link you gave, you have a parenthesis ) at end of it breaking link, just to mention.
Even though that place isn't friendly to those who cannot read Japanese.
