My bad explanation of the song (probably not correct either):
Kaito loved Len, and Gackupo hated Kaito. Gackupo pretended to love Len, to make Kaito jealous, but ended up actually falling in love. Kaito was horribly angry a Gackupo, and decided to kill Len. Before Len died he said "I love you both". Gackupo and Kaito both regret what they did and commit suicide. The end.
