New character o/I got Splatoon 2, and when I discovered the octalings who can transform into octopus, I thought of the poulpatata from Eldarya, which is an cat octopus!
The first idea of this OC came in my mind, I had a long period while I was drawing nothing, and I finally did it!
The dress is inspired by the poulpatata's background when it's your pet.
The white circles are suckers. I'm just not good at drawing them.
