Well, I'd like to assume you got some context in the months since you asked, but I'm going to assume you didn't instead... Eheh.
The character in this picture is known as "Blackjack", and she's the protagonist of a popular My Little Pony/Fallout crossover fanfic known as Fallout: Equestria – Project Horizons by Somber, which is actually a fanfic of another fanfic known as Fallout: Equestria, by Kkat. I don't know what the context is for this picture specifically other than Blackjack is wounded, and in the middle of a gunfight; by that, I mean I don't know if it's based on a specific event in the story or not, as I haven't read it myself yet.
Aside from the premise, these stories are notable in the fandom for being... well, huge.

Is that your idea of her IF-88 'Ironpony' shotgun? It's the only weapon that Blackjack used in the story that fits the bill in this picture. It doesn't look like a normal combat shotgun at all.

I feel like someone should have made a hole animated story about fallout equatrias well guess got to stay to the reading then but to add like your art very epic something different and really well done. Lastly

I absolutely love this, when i first saw it i had no clue that fallout equestria existed. I have now finished FOE and am half way through project horizons right now. i absolutely love it and decided to use FOE as my book project in enlish

Blackjack is the protagonist of a Fallout Equestria (My Little Pony x Fallout crossover) side story called Project Horizons. Without spoiling too much, she's a lazy, incompetent, lecherous security guard that is also +quite good at shooting things, hitting things, stabbing things, drunkenly doing all of the previous three, breaking things, being self-sacrificing, and likes guns, liquor, mares, stallions, card games, and the rare villain she doesn't feel sorry after shooting them or occasionally stuffing them into a rock crusher. Weaknesses include a lack of intelligence, terrible planning, a total lack of situational, political, social or sexual propriety, a near-total lack of self-preservation, and a fondness for singing while drunk and beating up bandits.
Basically, she's pure, concentrated, awesome.
