I don't think Chara is a "monster" when they had a soul, maybe heartless but not a bloody "monster".我不認為Chara在有靈魂的時候是個「怪物」，也許是冷血的，但不是一個血腥的怪物。
I never play the Genocide round, but I kinda want to play after I watched youtuber played it, and that feeling make me feel like this picture.

When we in the true lab we can 'hear' few tapes of VHS, in one of them Asriel said they made a pie put buttercups inside got Asgore really sick, Asriel felt sad but Chara just laughed it off.
And they could kill themselves and six humans for their goal.
I think that can call it heartless?
But I'm not Chara, I don't really know what they're thinking about at that moment. What if they just some kind of person not show them real emotion on their face? I'm not sure.
