Stef of Diavolo Rosso and Black Shape of Nexus is one of the nicest guys playing the bass ever.This portrait of him was on an exhibition until today, I made a photo of it before getting it off the wall. At home I noticed that the upper left corner is too bright... but well, whatever
His band diavolo rosso represents the state of hardcore in the 90s for me.

I like how you break up this image with different shapes, faces, and other objects. It gives it more interest than just a simple portrait, but with the great detail in the face and hands of your subject, Stefan, it still keeps that human anchor. A very attractive piece and makes me interested in checking out his band!Β

I did a few record covers for punk and hardcore bands in the last 10 years. But most of them stayed so underground that they haven't even got a website. Among the more well known (in local punk terms

for playing and listening at live shows yes. For listening at home I prefer Indie/alternative, some electronica stuff and softer songs.
