Thanks! Now that the show has gained popularity (so there are more references of the building from different angles), I eventually plan to model a version that I'll get printed one day. Should be interesting!

I created and textured the model using 3Ds Max 2012.

I created the basic shape from a simple box, then built some of the architectural decoration as separate objects using tools such as chamfer, extrude and bevel, before duplicating them and applying them around the model. For the texturing I used pieces of the reference image and applied it to the model.
