i have windows 8,1 but.. i cant, use the cursor, what can i do??

When you download the cursor, double click the file you download...

its a zip file and double click it just open yhe zip....

it's not a zip... it's a .curxptheme file. If you are saving it as a .zip, don't. Save as a .curxptheme, because that's what it is. Are you SURE you have CursorXP installed?
