Description This was done for a mission in !

Basically, the mission was for our character's to "show off" their skills. Apparently, that was a little hard for me to do for Raiyo since...he only has hands that heal. :S BUT I FINALLY THOUGHT OF SOMETHING AND IT CAME OUT GREAT. 8D I'm sure Mars' version will be much cooler, though. <_<

P.S. I loved this picture so much, I made it into a WALLPAPER . 8D

alright i got nothing for this... O_O

this is just MADE OF AWESOME.

and i think i learned something a little in CG for dramatic lighting and reflective lighting. :3

and photoshop scares me. D:

PS elements 6 came with my tablet i got recently, and i have no idea how to use it. >.< it's too complicated. T_T

i know absolutely nothing about cg effects and other stuff.

i feel like i have as much knowledge with cg art as someone from the bible. O_O

I'm glad you got a bit out of this. Actually, I cheated a little with the works from Photoshop with the "lightings." :'D Actually, it took me...a week or two to fully understand how to work with Photoshop, but even then, I don't know how to utilize all of its functions. However, artists who do really well on Photoshop KNOW how to work with Photoshop and create their own brushes...whilst I am too lazy to do any of that sort. <___< But SAI is just sooooo much simpler and easier compared to Photoshop.

XD! Well, it takes actual experimentations and playing-around before you understand how to do effects. As for simply coloring, you will have to learn about light sources and color reflections...so-on and so-forth.

i wish my trial didn't end though. i got my tablet the last couple days my trial had before it ended. so sad. =.= i did my feature deviation on my first time with SAI. :3

and yeah i guess i'll get it soon enough. practice practice practice. :3

I like the shiny healing power effect. It rocks So pretty. It feels like the sign of Happiness (right?)
And also I like the Forest Background on the Wallpaper. It's so Earth like and so natural (I think I've spelt it right).

Yes. I had to manually do it, too. :B But it was fun. I've always wanted to add that lighting effect to my characters but the situation never called for it. However, it did on this one...and it turned out good!

It's actually really easy. :E All I did was use the "outer lighting" tool to make glowing effects.

You did? It's really pretty. *w* I adjusted the picture so it would match Raiyo. (Yes, the Raiyo in the wallpaper is the final result of me coloring him. It's done really well...just...you don't see the whole thing. lol)
