Cool Bro,its just the Y in my opinion needs to be a little more separated,and if you would replace the yellow with another color,like orange would be great.

Really beautiful logo, however I think the 'y' is being swallowed by the other letters. If I didn't see the title I would have a hard time trying to make up what it says.
