Finished this today took me about 7 hours. sadly when i went to go make a remoraid for my mantine i found i did not have enough of the blue i was working with D:, so instead i made this wingull. i did enjoy making this wingull! it is 10 inches long has a wingspan of 1 foot 7 inches and is 6 inches tall.Related content

also did you use 4 or 8 pieces to make the wingull body? would 4 pieces work?

i used just 4 pieces for the body. i like to work with 4's. i t makes less lines in it.

haha yeah. did you sew the blue bits of the wig onto the big white wing or just cute them out seperately and join them?
also what is the fabric you used? it looks so soft.

i cut them out separately then joined them but you could do it ether was it would work just as well.
and the fabric i used for this was anti pill fleece.

Nice work on this! Wingull always reminds me of old black-and-white cartoon characters because of its eyes. The beak looks a little out of shape though, but I think the tail looks amazing.

you should look at some tutorials i found looking at and working with existing pattern made my understand how to make my own and how patterns affect the fabric with the shapes

uh well i make the patterns my self and sadly i don't know how to download patterns just yet. the only way i could put it up is it i were just to take a pic and put it up. but i can send you a link from where i first learnt how to make a pattern. i am in the posses of making a tutorial for a drifloon and in there i will try and explain on how to make a pattern of your own.
