Well, Ok, Let me explain... LOL... Ninnypoo is Jeff's Mom... he named her that when he was like 2 or 3 and the name has stuck all these years... as a matter of fact... alot of his friends even calls her Ninnypoo... and anyway, she had a personalised License plate with the name... and she wanted me to post the pic I took of it so she could have it on her page... She's a goof ball... but we all love her anyway. haha
