I think these colours are even better! It's more like Neo, the way the fur is blue and the ends of his hair are dark blue. Nothing looks wrong to me, except maybe his white hair at the front could be a tiiiiiny bit darker, or slightly blue.

I like the more blue-ish body, but I think his hair looks better in the first one. All white.

I like the light colours as it is, dark colours tend to make it difficult to colour on dark backgrounds. It's not often that backgrounds are lighter than foregrounds, because then you'd, basically, only have a silhouette.

I think he fits more with your Roxy character like this, good job.

Well, he doesn't need to fit with Roxy, I basically meant it was good that you kept the same style, which is good when you're moving away from the more traditional Sonic characters and more into your own style. XP
