The concept of the playfulness with the crazy colours and the fun is a nice one, only I think the composition would be nicer if the child's eye were centered. Specular lighting could also help make this pop some more, and your focus I believe is on the child and I like the repetition of the hand prints in the background, but I feel the child could be accentuated even lovier if she was a little off from the background (out of focus background). Other than that I like the playfulness

You should be very proud of this photograph, the child, concept, focus are all amazing. Personally, I think it's one of the most natural child photographs I've ever seen. It depicts the true spirit of being a child, and their abundance of energy and life.
