Needs better punctuation, probably be more effective as an Instant.
Abilities need to be listed in alphabetical order.

Good idea, poor implementation. Shadow isn't used anymore, Fear is basically the same and is actually printed these days.

Fear is a completely different effect to shadow, and although it isnt used making a very powerful effect, youll notice that many cards in this set have it, thus balancing the mechanic.
Obviously it would be better as an instant, but then, so would sangrite surge or assault strobe! This is still pretty damn good anyway!

Back to the topiv of shadow though, are you sure you arent getting it mixed up with intimidate? Because that certainly is almost the same as fear...

Ah, you're right. I've gotten those mixed up.
Yes, it is still good as a sorcery, but you can't play it during combat, and I feel like this would work better as a combat trick.
I've only seen 3 or 4 cards from your set, and shadow showed up twice, so I kinda guessed it was a set wide mechanic.

like i said, sangrite surge is a sorcery too! And if it wasnt it would probs be a tad OP, this would probably be the same...
Mind you, its still a damn difficult card to be able to take advantage of its sorcery speed, as it makes it nearly unblockable and it gives it trample

aww, sangrite surge is fun! Try giving it to an engulfing slag worm! Thats 20 damage which cant be stopped by creatures!

Not everyone plays counter spells or instant speed creature removal! And them creatures are going to be useless against it...
