This character is extremely extremely gorgeous and I am super duper happy with the end result!
I added the white border but tbh it looked better without it since she already has a lot of white, so

oh, gosh, thank you! I think it looks best here because the character is white and I used a light blue-grey to shade! I think a little bit of blending in places with lots of hair (belly, neck, tail, elbows) and then redefining the strokes with something like a more firm airbrush can get a really nice effect, if that makes sense!
