1st Ability_King's Claw
  An ability where Ed's claws are retractable. Meaning his claw can be drawn/grow in/out if needed, (just like wolverine, but not from fist, just nails into claws) This claw usually will lead Ed to perform a combo, assuming he want to hurt his opponent physically. Its a combo of low kick then high kick which will make an enemy fly off the ground then he will blow a multiple of claw, slashing directly onto the opponent's upper body before the other flew backward from the impact. (Sorta like Tekken game play lmao) However tho, once the combo delivered, Ed will be weaken for the next 5 minutes, without being able to fight back. He also wont be able to use King's Almighty Dash in that duration tho he can still dodge some attacks. (Low chance tho, he'll be almost vulnerable)

* Inspired by the fact lion (and any other cat species) can retract their claws in/out

2nd Ability_King's Almighty Dash
  Is a skill where Ed can either dash forward, backward or jump up, up to 36 feet. This ability help Ed to reach for his opponent since he's a melee type in combat. It may come in handy for escape attempts too. The longer the distance per jump he made, the more energy will be drained. So Ed really will avoid from using it up to the whole 36 feet. Just a few feet is enough, depending on the situation itself. He has limit tho, which he use this ability up to 3 times in a row then he'll need to rest for an hour to regain the strength on his lower body back. (20 minutes cooldown per jump)

  * This was also inspired by the fact lion can leap straight up to 36 feet.

Passive
Ed is really a laidback person but he has this perfectionist side when it comes to cooking. Being a chef make him naturally want to cook his foods to perfection which will give him pleasure and satisfaction greatly in return. Making sure his cooking at its' finest.

Background
Ed Vaughn was born in Du'rank, and grew up with a single mother and another two siblings. He's the second child of three, with an elder brother and a younger sister. His mother works as a tailor at home after she got herself divorced with her ex husband so she can keep her eyes close on her children.

Being born as a lion boy always get himself teased by kids around his age during his childhood. They often would refer him as lion the king of animals, in both good and bad way. Being an active, high spirited person make him quite an optimistic person; such small matters didnt effect him and in fact, he managed to give back what he got from the bully-wannbe(s) in his school and gained some popularity instead plus because he was always an active person especially in sports. Tho he didnt score all greatly in classes; just an average student who do practical better. Thats how he lived his life as a student, not getting bullied and always being friendly and brought joy to other students and teachers.

While he's at it, a lonely boy caught his eyes. The boy was two years younger than him and has a very small figure. He often saw him walking around the school, alone by himself. His expression was---- unhappy. Perhaps that's what attractive about him. Sometimes, he would save the boy from bullies, indirectly that is. He would thought the bullies a couple of lessons behind the boy's back. For some reason, he refuse to present himself to the boy at that time and only wish to watch him from afar. He enjoyed this invisible bonding; it didnt really exist but its certainly there.

A year or so, Ed was on his way to school in the morning and was approached by a couple of friends, who urgently told him a group of bullies took the lonely boy somewhere. They were too scared to stop the bad kids so Ed went out, searching for the boy by himself and lucky enough, he found the bullies but the kid were nowhere to be seen. To make it short, he rushed over to search for the kid after he done his business with the bullies and they told him where they left the kid; it was high up in a cold mountain. It was certainly cold but luckily the snow wasnt all that harsh but to his surprise, he found the kid was unconscious in the freezing cold snow without his winter coat. Without hesitation, he grabbed the boy and carried him on his back to the nearest place for help. Once he knew the kid is safe, he left. Few days later, the kid came to him and thanked him. Thats when he first learnt the kid's name. Lazarus.

Ed and Lazarus become a close buddy ever since. They both have their own strengths and weaknesses and they helped each other out, filling each other's need. In short, they're close till now. They often joke around about what would they do after they finished the school especially Lazarus, he's like the mastermind and Ed get the job done. Ed noticed how his best buddy started to take the joke more seriously so he told the lad, that they can work on something together after Lazarus out from school since Ed will finish the school two years earlier than him.

The two years after finished with school was where the real life experience started. Ed started to live separately from his family and traveled here and there within Du'rank and Ilvymore for variety work experiences. His work mainly focus in cooking field as he promised Lazarus to open their own restaurant. From a work place to another, he managed to learn and gained variety type of cooking experiences as he really an adventurous person who always seek to learn and strive to try on new recipe over and over. Some of his previous mentors were very strict hence he developed a perfectionist side when it comes to cooking.

In that exact same two years, Ed was in a serious relationship with a girl. He planned to propose to the girl at least after his dream with his buddy Lazarus came true but to his disappointment, he found out that the girl was only using him for another rich man who happened to be one of his colleague at that time. Fast forward, with this experience plus the fact his parents get separated, Ed has post traumatic disorder (PTD) meaning, he cant overcome himself from this past events of his life and never believe in having partner for life ever since. Settle with that, Lazarus soon finished with school and they're back, focusing on their dream job together and Baraffles is now at your service.

Mom (Elizabeth Vaughn) - Biological mother
Was in a pretty neutral mother and son relationship and grew close to his mom ever since he asked her about cooking. They spent the hobby and often cook together. He kept looking forward to learn to cook something new and she's happy enough to entertain him with surprises. Mom is one of his inspiration.

Dad (???) - Biological father
Last Ed met with his father when he was 5 so he cant recall much about it and his mom never tell Ed anything about him and he decided to settle it there; thinking even if he ask, it will probably only hurt his mom instead. He's curious tho, but never ask about it plus Erik always reminded him not to.

Erik (Erik Vaughn) - Biological elder brother
Ed is not really close with his elder brother. He's a fine, decent person and thats it. He dont have any problem with Erik yet somehow couldnt bring himself close to him either. Erik is like a dad in the family ever since their father left them so he doesnt talk much and a pretty serious person but Ed knows he cares so thats good enough for him.

Baby sister / Eve (Eve Vaughn) - Biological younger sister
Ed is close with his little sister. More like, Eve is everyone's favorite in the family. He tend to worry about her since she's a girl but Eve slowly became his morale support ever since she get in her teen age. They tend to share stories even the sensitive one and always comfort and be there for each other. Eve resemble their mom's trait; a very gentle and polite as well as motherly.

A junior during his student life who appeared like a weak kid and often picked up by bullies. He once saved the lad and they became close buddy ever since. Started the restaurant business together. They went through alot of obstacles and overcome every of it, one by one together and maintain their friendship till today.

Dotty (Dorothy) - Snek's adopted daughter, Baraffles's waitress
Aside Eve, Dorothy is one of those who he couldnt bring himself to get mad at no matter how annoying, clingy nor troublesome she can be; he always see her as an adorable girl. Sometimes he consider her like his own little sister as he misses Eve and sometimes as his own daughter as she's his close buddy's adopted daughter. Her role in the restaurant is like a vitamin to him; very cheerful and never fail to live up the mood.
