In the beginning I did not know how I could do it, I had never done characters like that specifically dragons, but for the passage of time, I really liked playing with colors, she is very beautiful c:

First of all, the background is okay just beautiful!!! The sky was such a perfect match for her considering she lives in the clouds and how fluffy and how light they look against the sky oh my worddd 
And Tempest herself I just gotta say you fully nailed her! The happy but calming smile and body expression show so much light and joy I can't tell you how badly I squealed at this!
The precious halo and effects around her just add such a perfect touch to the draw and the text that was chosen fits so elegantly into the finalized piece! Seriously I think my jaw is still half way to the floor I cannot fathom the art that is honestly on my screen right now. you have such an incredible talent and I cant thank you enough for sharing it with the rest of us! Seriously, thank you to the moon and back I will never get over this piece what so ever and I look forward to your future pieces!
