can not say very well how to express this drawing, but I can try,and in the form of criticism.

The color is very good, very well made, and a fabulous shade, but you have to watch some remaining bugs around,or outputs that has left the shadows .

eyes just have to watch them more straight, not curved quedarlos very well to the face,so you have to watch sometimes, but nothing happens, nor is it a failure that you can put a lot of hits.

blur, very well where you located blur, but I recommend some other parts also blur more,to make it look more professional .... so to speak, but as above,is not a failure that has to be put view Hahaha.

this will be the first critique i have written but ill be using my artistic background as a current art student. Overall i find this work to have a very strong aesthetic appeal when i fist saw it, and the realistic water droplets creates an atmosphere to this work that draws a viewer in.

In retrospect the simple background using yellow really allows Nozomi to really pop out; strong uses of complimentary colours; and creates a strong focal point on her. Your use of shadows are fantastic, i was particularly joyed when i saw how you made the shadow's position change due to the folds of the fabric.

With your choice of colours i feel that you really brought life to Nozomi's character to life and creating an otherwise unified work. Your use of the sunflower draws the viewers eyes to Nozomi's face; which contains great use of expression; while still allowing them to enjoy the rest of the work. I would also like to mention the great use of depth of field with the water droplets it truly makes it feel like a photograph not just a digital drawing.

As for my overall opinion i find this work has strong aspects of the elements and principles of art that create a gorgeous "present" to Nozomi (who happens to be one of my best girls)

thank you for your gorgeous work of art and i am excited to see what fantastic works of art you create next.

I was listening to a beautiful song and saw this piece of art and automatically fell in love with it. I love the way the outfits fits her very realistic especially the ruffles at the bottom. Which the out fit is very detailed and i love that because yes, the face and body measure are very much important but so are outfits. And the outfit fits her personality so much! I love the way shes holding the flower, but i noticed her other hand and i cant tell, does she have a pocket on the side? Or maybe pushing down her skirt? I also very much love the leaves very beautiful! The bottom leaf could use more detail though, but everything else is beautiful especially the water! I await your next piece of art e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="387" title=" (Wink)"/>

Hey, hey, hey, hey! You got some beautiful colors and textures happening here. I love the use of a subtle triadic color scheme with a heavy focus on blue / violet. It makes that yellow of the sunflower pop right out!

As far as critical notes, it doesn't feel like your character is holding the sunflower. The hand is too loose. However, the angle does make the piece a bit more lively.

That being said, The composition is tightly cropped and I like it because it gives us a more empathetic and and emotional experience with the focal point being so near the characters super-expressive eyes, which are the most saturated colors in the piece. (Not a bad thing, just a statement.)

But my critical suggestion for the comp is that her pose, while seemingly proportionally accurate and pleasing, is really stiff. I like the subtle weight on the right hip pulling down and the left hip rising up with the gust of wind. I love this idea, but I think you could push it a bit to make the pose more dynamic and expressive.

I'd be interested to see what pulling the sunflower down a bit looks like, so that we can get a clearer read on what your focal point is, because right now the concentric circular shapes in the sunflower are competing with her face.

Aside from that, it's very beautiful stuff. You have an amazing knack for color! Keep rockin' dude. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

Apologize for the long review. Through my own way I went ahead and described how I felt about this piece of art to the point where I realize I may not have made a bit of sense, so I'm keeping it the way it is, but at the end I'm putting a pro/con list to just point out the main points of what I liked.

I imagine walking through a meadow of sunflowers. The sun is shining through the parted clouds of what was a dreary and rainy day and to my surprise I find a soothing and calming soul adrift among the sunflowers. I make my way towards them, curious of what they might be up to and oddly enough, something keeps drawing me closer. I get within audible distance and call out to her. She turns and it's as if time has come to a complete stop. In that moment, an image ever so picturesque is engraved in my mind. Who is she? Is she an angel? She's seems so full of life and there's something else. What is this? I.... I think it's called vibrancy. A kind of shining light that gives you that warm fuzzy feeling inside.

The image I capture is of an effigy of mother nature herself. Beauty is the apparent truth. I can tell she's soaked, although not much. In fact, the water itself adds a new layer that mine eyes have yet to fully realize. From the hair, the slight wetness allows for the sun's reflection to cast a rainbow over her head, almost like a halo. It might even be somewhat of an aurora like effect. From then downward, I notice a multitude of water droplets and particles of water scattered about her. They make her shimmer as if she were a celestial being, something out of this world. Honestly, I see perfection. Well, for the most part. There's one hankering little detail. It's the odd bit of black text hanging to the upper right of my vision. I think it should be in a more stylized format. It seems too out of place otherwise.

Pros:
1. Highly impactful style.
2. The weather effects add a nice level of realism.
3. Feels like a still life photograph that captured a very perfect moment.
4. The colors make everything feel very vibrant and alive.
5. The overall attention to detail left me very impressed.
6. I particularly enjoyed the particle effect you added using the water. It was a really nice touch and it's surprisingly subtle. At first I didn't notice it, but it explains why she was glowing to me.

Cons:
1. The text in the upper right. While it's understandable you'd use black for it to stand out, I don't like that it's plain. I feel it really detracts from the work itself, when it could be something that enhances it. A more stylized typeface would add a greater amount of cohesion to piece as a whole.

I am not really an expert in art or in critic, but I am going to try to make a little critic. I specify that I am French and that my English could contain faults. I apologize for it in advance!

To begin, I love the manga style ! What seems to be your case also ! And your character is awesome ! The holding, the posture, the back-ground... are any originals ! The movement of the skirt or the dress and of hair are very successful and the expression of the girl is magnificient just like the sunflower !

The text "happy birthday Nozomi !" seems indicated that this drawing was realized for the birthday of somebody ! A sunflower is a good idea but this "present" (I suppose that is that (i'm not sure for the traduction)) cannot last in the time what can be a small problem (lastly, of my point of view) !

Otherwise, techniques are mastered in the perfection and this work and this work releases a big power !

So I hope that will go as critic ! It's not general, it's my own opinion, and everybody has the right to have his own opinion

I'm sorry again if this critic contains english faults !

Nothing short of an amazing piece. What really makes this work for me is the lack of focus on the water droplets, as I feel that makes this picture seem more alive on top of the wild motion in the hair and the skirt; we know there's so much more going on in the background/foreground, but our focus is on the character and her appearance. Lighting angle brings out the innocence in her appearance, and overall provides the joyful atmosphere needed for this kind of picture. Small issue I have is with her left shoulder dress, as I found it hard difficult to distinguish it as clothing and not her actual arm, which confused me with the inconsistency in the thickness after the cut from the leaf (which is a nice touch in the art as well). I could stab at the sunflower's center for some depth inaccuracy but who cares? It's not supposed to be the focus: the focus is on the character, and arguably, we could say the "camera" that is "taking the photo" is not focused on the flower, so it's alright. Overall, an amazing piece.

Beauty~ <3 :3
Elegant composure and tingling angelic expression.

The scenario of this picture: Summer. In an late afternoon, the mist rain had let up a little, she took a stroll. On the park bathed golden, there the summer wind blow. She stroll and hum to the rhythm in the wind, as she slowly began reminisce of her journeys. Counting her bless and faithful encounter with her companion. The reminiscence bring around her to question whether the time will last. Her steps come to halt as she stood and gaze up the sky.  She was taken by surprise, not startle, as a small voice calling out from behind ... [Fill in your imagination!]
Sorry, I haven't watch the show, I am only speak of the vague impression, adding any out of character storyline might spark conflict (  = 3 ...

On the technical aspect of the work, the right-bottom corner distract me the most (maybe due to the hard-line(?) there). The sunflower and Nozomi is fighting for attention! (The color, maybe).  The lighting is breezily cool although I thought a little bit of late afternoon warms could help illuminate the character feature, especially the shadow and hair. (But I don't think that is possible using paint...right?).

Feeling a little disturbed, I try give it a go in photoshop just for the heck of it. Voila! Ideally speaking it is good looking although the result is slightly deviated from the original ways a digital artwork ought to be ... sta.sh/0zz9fkpzf5d
