This is going to seem terribly.... well... dumb. BUT I've been looking through your gallery, and I'm a long-time fan of yours (even before chillin' together in the Blitz Brigade) but I've never figured out these adorable frog things other than they are from some anime or based on it and they are adorable. What are the rules if I want to make some? What do I need to know?

They're a mixture of fandoms, basically. The frog thing is coming from the anime Keroro Gunsou/Sgt. Frog; at some point, a couple of artists fused the alien frog race (Keronians) with Pokemon, and Pokerons/Pokefrogs were born!

I DO ACTUALLY HAVE A GUIDE because people who didn't know about Keronians were interested in this group when it was made. O:
I *would* say that we've probably taken a few too many liberties with them, but then again adding Pokemon to the mix adds a huge amount of possibilities, so it's a waste to restrain them to however tight the normal guidelines are and I haven't been yelled at by my diehard Keroro fan friends/acquaintances yet so I think we've done a good job.
