name: Will Atwine aka. Butterfly Star Ranger

after the passing of his Grandfather
unworldly and dangerous things has been showing up
on the reservation,
what are these creepy scary figures that people claim to have seen,
changing forms to hide their true selves
for generations the Native tribes have called them "Skinwalkers"

while attempting to cope with the lost of his grandfather,
he heads to the mountains to find solitude with nature,
night set in on the land
he sits around the fire,
staring at the stars,
remembering the time when he and his grandfather would camp
and stare at the stars, making wishes on falling stars,

"what did you wish for granpa?"

"the same wish i always make, i wish for happiness for everyone"

"i'll make that wish too granpa"

"do you really believe in that wish?"

"yeah, granpa if you do then i do"

just then hes attacked by several unknown beings,
"what are they?" he asks himself
after several attempts to defend himself
nothing is working

SLASH!!!!

hes wounded badly,
blood slowly reveals itself from the slash on his left side,
he sits back against a tree,
everything slowly starts to fade
as the beings close in on their prey,
just before they pounce to feast on their kill
the fire flares and flickers, lights fill the area
shining bright enough to force the beings away from the area

since is been a looong while for him ^_^:
