And the Most Creative Title Ever Award goes to... not me!
Good god I am just cranking out the Legaia art tonight! One second this was a doodle and the next it was a fully colored drawing?!
I am so happy to be inspired. I think I am finally figuring out what makes me tick as an artist.
Anyway yeah, pigma ink and copics, an hour tops.
I normally don't color Vahn's hair this light but I'm running out of colors! Copics are expensive!

I read something on the script writer's blog, where he was asked "why didn't Vahn have any lines?" and he responded (I think jokingly but I don't know) "well we had to get the script done on time..." XD
I hope if the game is remade, they give Vahn some appropriate dialogue :3

xD i understand xD If i had my choice id want him full size as his second form, which btw is kick ass xD smashing the ground with the huge sim-seru on his right arm xD and well i guess the effects of the gravity bending effects of the outward wave. Im sure that might take you awhile to go but i figured id ask and well if you could come on a price for what i said there let me know xD i might be interested enough to do it xO

Oh my gosh, that is rather detailed xD That would probably take a lot of time to draw ><; Especially if you wanted it to be full color. I would bargain that it would be rather expensive xD

Ahh well it would probably be more than that >< The lowest rate I'll do art for is $10 an hour, and something that complicated would definitely take at least 8 hours to complete, possibly more ._. I would be able to give a more accurate price estimate if I'd done a commission that complicated before and had some frame of reference, but I honestly don't. >< If it were just a detailed pencil drawing it would be a lot cheaper though - $30-40 ish? But adding ink and color with all those special effects would take me quite a long time

AW! CUTE! XD I like the way you drew Meta, too. For some reason, I think he's going to impale someone. O_o And as usual, VERY nice shading on the hair. Hair-shading is one of the things I love about most anime- and manga-styles. ^_^

Hahaha, he might! XD I meant for him to be like "No problem, I can take care of it!" but he could be like "No problem, I can kill that giant Seru monster with this pimped out Ra-Seru! Look, it's got a pretty wicked blade, I can stab its eyes out!" Bahahaha xDD
And thank you! <3 Copics are excellent for shading hair with, one end has a brush tip! Makes things a lot easier and has good results ^_^

LOL! I never knew Legend of Legaia was such a violent game. ;D That's awesome! Shading can be really difficult sometimes (at least for me xD), so I'm always impressed when I actually see someone who can do it. ^^

Legaia is a pretty violent game! I mean, they don't show that much violence, but when you're beating Seru monsters to death with spiked clubs, giant swords and such, I think there's bound to be a bit of blood XD
Shading.. yeah... it takes a lot of practice!! I was really terrible at it for years >__<
And no problem! I thought I was already watching you... but I wasn't, so now I am! Whoops. XD

I'm not very good at drawing (unless I trace xD), but I have drawn a couple of things. I've yet to try drawing Songi, though. His hair would give me a lot of trouble, I think. :/ I'll look around for some of my crappy, awfully shaded art. ^_^

Yes, Songi's hair is a bit tricky... Plus his outfit is fairly complicated. My first drawings of him were... eh... xD;; Suffice it to say that they're not on this site.

Just keep trying! ^^ There's always something new to try, it's really just about repetition :3 Once your hand has drawn a certain line so many times it automatically gets better at drawing said line. I spent like a year once getting good at drawing a specific face shape from a front view lmao, and I still wasn't very good at all. It takes lots of time and small steps!
There's a saying I believe in - "Good artists are just bad artists who never gave up". It's really true, ask any artist out there! But if you keep telling yourself you suck over and over again, it becomes too easy to just give it up
