Description
The Moon Princess emerges from her slumber,Sweet is the taste of night air,
A gold goddess amongst the clouds,
Her beauty can't be compared.
Hair adorned with drops of Jupiter,
Skin the colour of the Milky Way,
With wings made from silvery stars,
And lips as cold as the moon itself.
She steps onto the Cosmic Belt,
Angels worship at her feet,
For this is an occassion, it is
How the moon princess's birth came to be.
I have come to the conclusion that I cannot be poetic...
Did this a few days ago..I really liked it at first..but now...
it looks soo demented! The colours are totally wrong! Gwarh! Especially the background..grrr...I'm soo anoyed! I wanted to use colours different from a generic 'moonlight' scene(e.g. blue, silver, purple)..but its turned out baaaddd...
It looks soo weird...some girls head just popping out of no where!
Bleh..The only good thing about this piece is that I worked much harder than usual to create tone and shade..dont think I accomplished that but oh well...I cant be bothered anymore..

i really like how u did the pose on this, and the hair is very well done, she looks very relaxed

wow, awesome. Really, the bg's really great. The cg's nice too. But t would be better, if you make the character glow. If you use Adobe Photoshop 7, try duplicatng the cg layer, put in gaussian blurr to the bottom layer, and make the upper layer overlay.

I think itΒ΄s beautifull

And I write poems too so I know a bit about it ^^"
I think the background is very nice and well done
And what do you mean with a girlΒ΄s head peeping out of nowhere? 
Hum I think the face needs a bit more contrast and shading or just put some darker tone on her eyelids, thereΒ΄s something missing
And the rigthest drop of jupiter looks misplaced and too big, maybe you can move it a bit away from the moon, just an idea
For me her hair ornaments are absolutely beautifull but they look very earthy, especially the red roses, maybe you can put something in like: She has some earthy blood in her or something like that, which shows that she is related to the earth.
I hope this doesnΒ΄t come over critical D: I didnΒ΄t wanted to critique in a bad way!
