I've been practicing my colouring and trying new things.Anyway, this was originally going to be our three villains, Joker, Harv and Crane, but I wasn't happy with the Joker sketch, so I didn't colour him.
I'm particularly proud of how Harv turned out.
And I have a mighty need to draw Crane lately. I blame Dustin's amazing story: [link]
Anyway, Joker was supposed to be in shackles like in the aforementioned story. Harv was supposed to be just standing there and Crane's about to try to work his charm on whichever nurse happens to be administering medication that day.

Yeah, I thought about writing, but I'm just so drained right now that I'm just waiting for my sister to leave so I can play Silent Hill Homecoming. BUT, I do have some stuff that I didn't send to you. It's no cliffhangerness, but I figure I can send it to you.

Oh, could you tell me what you think of it after you've played a bit? It looks cool (and much better than SH5), but I'm worried, as a diehard fan of the old games, that they've based everything off the movie and it has little to do with the original games.

Okay, I've been playing for about two hours and I have to say that it's a beautiful game. The visuals are almost unparalleled. Load times are pretty short, nothing longer than 30 seconds to a minute and with each load time is a large area.
However, I have yet to be scared, so far (I'm not in Silent Hill yet because the beginning of the game isn't in Silent Hill) nothing is truly frightening.
I do like what they did with the combat system though. I said a while ago that Silent Hill would be a game to benefit from the over-the-shoulder camera perspective. So far I haven't been proven wrong. The combat is fun, a little on the easy side, but still fun. I look forward to fights now, they don't necessarily get in the way or break up the action.
Now, the story so far is easy to follow and I'm already predicting why Alex is there, what's going on, etc.
So, I assume you have...ps3? That's what I'm playing it on as my 360 is getting fixed right now and my sister graciously allowed me to play on her system. I only ask because it stuff I said may be slightly different on a 360.

I'm just so worried that they're trying to appeal to the movie fans and have forgotten the ones who've been with them as early as the first or second game.

Yeah, this really doesn't have anything to do with the "story line" I'm farther into it now and I've only been in Silent Hill for a little bit, but it's really like SH 2 in that it's just a guy in SH (so far from what I can tell, I'm really not that far into the game).
Well, if you get a 360, you'll have to give me your gamertag and we can play RE5 or Fable 2, if you get either of them.
Also, I wrote a real little more on the story, after I put a bit more into it, I'll send it over your way.

I was really hoping on more about The Order, or (since his last name "Shepard" was Mary Sunderland's maiden name) more about James and the punisher theme of Silent Hill.
I will. I've already promised Brodie that I'd play Halo with him too XD

Yeah, this game doesn't seem to have a lot to do with the series as a whole, but it's at least on par with the other games as far as entertainment value.
Well, while I don't have Halo, I'll definitely see about getting some games together at one point when I have Live. xD
All right, I'm finishing up my last midterm today and then I can write while I write my last paper as well. Too much work in the span of 3 weeks. D:

Arkham's probably the only asylum where the nurses fight each other over taking more work hours. Never seen anyone shotgun a patient, but I'm game :d

I wouldn't think that Crane would be much of a threat without the fear gas [or that massive walking stick he had in the cartoons that he'd bludgeon people with o_o;;]. I'm pretty sure I could wrestle him to the ground no problem :d
