I spend time thinking about how complicated the word 'different' is. Think about it, different people, different thoughts, different mindsets, different emotions, different situations, different circumstances, and it doesn't just end there.Different cities, different priorities, different loves, different sadness, different souls.
Why is everything so different and not alike in a world which preaches the idea of soulmates? Why are we in different houses, state of minds, situations? Seeking different ways out of a turmoil inside us. Sleeping at different times, waking up in different bodies. Doing different things.
If nothing from your crisis to mine is alike then why, in this world, does heartbreak sound no different?
