Happy New Year and welcome to 2021, everyone! The year when things hopefully get back to normal. Or as normal as they can be after 2020. It's gonna be a work in progress, and it's gonna take months before things get significantly better.
One of the things I struggled with last year was exercise. In 2019 and early 2020, I would frequent my college's on-campus fitness center and exercise there. But with the quarantine, it became less convenient to go there and working out became a bit tougher with a mask on. Thankfully, my Dad taught me how to use his exercise equipment, so I was able to fill that void in my life. And this year, I'll continue to work out and get stronger and healthier.
Since Sam also exercises , I figured he'd also be exercising plenty this year. If he's gonna be a bounty hunter, he's gotta be in shape. And if he's gonna be a doctor, if helps for him to be healthy. So to start off a new year, he's doing some behind-the-neck pressing. And this won't be something he does only in January; he's gonna do it all year long. And I hope you keep your resolutions all year, too, no matter how hard they turn out to be. Just as long as you keep striving for self-improvement, it will be worth it.
