Everyone seems to have Mumble and Gloria's chick being a boy, so I thought I'd be different and make it a girl.
Her name, Snowdrop, comes from the marking on her chest, which slightly resembles a Snowdrop flower. Which is kind of weird, as I'm pretty sure there aren't any flowers in Antarctica.
She inhereited her mother's singing talent and her father's dancing talent. But she has one problem-she's very shy, so she won't sing or dance in front of the other penguins. I'm working on a fanfic that is about her life, and how she overcomes her fear of singing and dancing in front of others.
As to what her Heartsong is, I haven't decided yet. Any ideas?
EDIT: Thanks to little SNowdrop has a Heartsong now. It's "Suddenly I See" by KT Tunstall.
I might draw her as an adult later, once I practice drawing adult penguins.

Oh, and Sonya's heartsong is "Party Night" from Di Gi Charat (yes, she sings in Japanese).

I also have an OC which is Mumble and Gloria's daughter. Her name is Sonya, and like her father, she can't sing (althought by the end of my fanfic she learns to sing and gains her heartsong), but she can dance really nice.

I think her heart song should be "Suddenly I see" by KT Tunstall. Because she sees the other female penguins singing and dancing and realizes that's what she wants to do. If you've never heard the song before you could look it up on youtube. It really does look great too.
